Haji Borhanuddin incorporated the company in 1997. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Economy) Degree from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1982, Diploma in Public Administration (1984), and Diploma in Management Science (1989) from INTAN. He is also a graduate of University of Birmingham, UK with a Diploma in Information Management for Development (1993) and Master of Science Public Economic Management (1994).
Haji Borhanuddin started his career as Sub-Accountant 1 with Malayan Banking Berhad (1982-1983). He joined government sector as a Pegawai Perkhidmatan Tadbir & Diplomatic (PTD) and seconded as Assistant Secretary, Education Service Commission in 1984-1988. In year 1989-1992, he was appointed as Assistant Director, Industrial Development Division of Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI). After completing his Master from University of Birmingham, he was posted to Ministry of Finance in 1994-1997 as an Assistant Secretary, Finance Division (Privatization).
He is also sit on the board of several private limited companies and he is the Committee Member of the Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia for the State of Selangor since year 2004.
A graduate of Regent School of Economics, Kuala Lumpur, YM Dato’ Sri Raja Shah Zurin was appointed to the Board on 30 June 2012 as Executive Director. YM Dato’ Sri Raja Shah Zurin joined the corporate world after a distinguished career in the entertainment industry since 1976. In 1985, he formed a modelling agency and produced shows for the local and international market.
In the 1990’s, YM Dato’ Sri Raja Shah Zurin organized traditional jewellery exhibition and produced cultural performances. He was an advisor to Kelantan Cultural & Trade Fair Promotions in Singapore.
He was appointed a member of Kelantan state cultural committee, a member of Badan Warisan Malaysia and advisor of Kelantan State Museum Corporation. He was also involved in the design and implementation of museum exhibits and Kota Sultan Ismail Petra landmark in Kota Bharu.
In the new millennium, YM Dato’ Sri Raja Shah Zurin has undertaken various entertainment events and charity functions. He founded the Islamic Fashion Festival (“IFF”) and launched it in 2006. The IFF aims to promote Islamic fashion and to establish Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Dubai as the Islamic fashion capitals of the world. YM Dato’ Sri have taken the IFF to greater heights as evidenced by the over whelming fame in the city of Monte Carlo, Italy.
Cik Zuhaila Binti Khairi was appointed to the Board on 1 April 2012. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological And Agricultural Engineering from University Putra Malaysia, Selangor with a major in groundwater engineering.
She is a member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. Cik Zuhaila started her career with National Hydraulic Research Institute of Malaysia (NAHRIM) and Maxis Berhad before she joined Gabungan Wawasan Generasi FELDA as a head of Public Relation Department.
In the mean time, from April 2011 until June 2012, she was appointed as a Director of Oxford Alliance Sdn Bhd, a company that involved in project management Consultant and construction. She is also sit on the board of others company.
