Welding Habitat System for hot work in hazardous area is a unique system solution to allows for hotwork maintenance activities to be safely carried out on production platform, FPSO, plants and others live processing facilities without the need for hugely expensive plant shutdowns. The system provides mobile, flexible, modular enclosure that creates a physical barrier between the hotwork carried out inside and potentially explosive atmosphere that may be present in a live facility. The welding habitat system are installed and maintain on site by skilled and authorized personal by to achieve maximum safety standard.

A standard size of the habitat is 2m x 4m x 4m, equipped with air lock door and made from light weigh fire retardant panels. The positive pressure in the habitat is maintained by a specially designed system that comprised of ATEX certified fans plus other accessories such as manometer, emergency alarms, EX- lighting, Extension DB, In-Line Gas Detector and Automatic Shutdown System and emergency stop button. It will shutdown automatically upon detection of the present of the combustible gas. The design is versatile, and can be mounted at nearly any locations. It can be built around pillars and others obstacles.
